UMG carries professional liability insurance for the First Aid care we provide, indemnifying both your Event and your Event's venue.
We deliver fast, reliable First Aid care directly to the scene of any request for aid in your venue for the duration of your show/event - at any time.
All our Providers are nationally certified in CPR/AED and our in-house Responders have professional backgrounds in medicine. UMG's expertise allows us to know when to call 911, and how best to support attendees until 911 arrives. 
UMG ensures the safety of our LGBTQIA+ attendees through our inclusivity policy. This policy applies internally and externally to the people we treat. Inclusion is one of our core values, and we work hard to maintain that.

In-house Responders can post at any events or panels at your convention/event where you need extra First Aid coverage.
UMG can standby on location in high traffic or high intensity areas like music events or long queues, ready to deliver First Aid care and coordinate with your volunteers/crew and 911 in the event of an emergency. We can also serve your volunteer/crew's First Aid needs during show set-up/break-down. 
UMG carries professional liability insurance for the First Aid care we provide, indemnifying both your convention/event and your convention/event's venue.
UMG provides space for spiritual/behavioral health and sensory overload for attendees that might just need a safe, quiet space to unwind, recollect themselves, or de-stress.

Our experienced Providers operate a Walk-In Clinic where your attendees can visit for excellent First Aid care for minor illness/injury. UMG supplies and stocks our self-service Pharmacy with over-the-counter (OTC) medications and inventory that your attendees can use as needed. Your attendees can address their minor aches and pains without leaving the event or paying exorbitant prices off-site.
We extend our nationally-certified instructors to your convention/event's crew for discounted training. Our course list includes AHA (American Heart Association) and STOP THE BLEED® programs, and we also develop in-house educational material about special populations and interests. UMG can strengthen your convention/event's culture of caring and inclusivity so you can better advocate for your attendees.
